REFUNDS: There are NO REFUNDS for classes or books that are purchased to registered for any of the courses offered. However, if any extenuating circumstances please notified your class instructor at least 24 hours prior to class start date. Students will be allowed to reschedule for another class date and time. 

RESCHEDULING: You may reschedule a class, by emailing info@backonbeatcpr.com with a request before your scheduled class date. We will gladly allow you to move your paid registration to another class date within 60 days of your original class date if there is availability. Clients are only allowed to reschedule once.

LATE POLICY: AHA requires students to attend the entire course time, as a result, no late entry allowed. Students are expected to be on time, as classes will start on time. Thank you for choosing “Back On Beat CPR LLC” for your training certification! 

REPLACEMENT CARDS: All American Heart Association cards are now digital. If you lose access to your card, there is a $20 recovery cost for each occurrence. However, if you purchased Card Insurance, recovering access to your card is FREE until card expire. To request a replacement card simply email us at info@backonbeatcpr.com.
